  • Private Lesson

In this one on one setting you will be invited to become aware of the orchestrated activity that consistently happens in your system. Here you can find guidance in creating within yourself a dialogue with energy, tension, pain and body restrictions.

Learning these principles will help you find efficiency and confidence in the use of your body.

What happens in a private lesson?

Your curiosity ignites this process, where you will receive guidance towards a new connection with yourself through different sensory stimulation (visual, auditory, etc). This is a gentle yet powerful process, allowing time to process the new information is essential to enter into a self discovery journey.

Generally in this work you will use a firm chair or stool to sit on and a surface where you can lie down.

You will receive consistent invitations to stay present and observe your responses to several stimuli chosen by you and me.

  • Group Lessons

In the group setting you, together with your peers, will learn how to draw attention to your use in a process that is simple, active and fun, so you can improve your relationship with balance, breath and poise.

Alexander Yoga brings the principles of the Alexander Technique to the yoga practice, combining resilience, balance and awareness of movement. This combination allows practitioners to explore minimum effort in the asanas to find maximum efficiency in the whole practice.

In this session, we practice simple yoga asanas to discover how movement habits affect life. This practice will provide clear guidance to develop better movement, breathing and posture.

This session invites participants to practice simple asanas like in a Hatha or Slow Flow session.

Alexander Yoga helps you understand how to find ease in motion and avoid strain in your practice, so you can apply that learning to your daily activities.
